Monitoring the operation of the ATM network, ensuring the best performance and availability;
Incident management, ensuring speed and quality in resolution;
Remote supervision and support for corrective and preventive maintenance by technical assistance providers;
Control of service levels contracted to suppliers.

What we are looking for:
-At least 2 years of experience in similar roles;
-Training in the area of aaIS/IT;
-Knowledge of networks and/or systems and respective monitoring tools/solutions;
-Mastery of MS Office tools;
-Intermediate level of English.
