About the Role: The Secondary School Mathematics teacher role calls for a passionate and innovative educator to teach Years 7–12, delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to inspire students, support departmental goals, and contribute to a collaborative school culture that values reflective practice and lifelong learning. The successful candidate will possess:

• A genuine enthusiasm for educating and inspiring students across Years 7–12.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum content and the ability to tailor learning to diverse student needs.
• Sound background and experience in Mathematics and a demonstrated high level of competence in classroom teaching.
• Clear, constructive communication with students, parents, and staff, fostering trust and engagement.
• An ability to work closely with colleagues, students, and families to support a positive learning environment.
• Foster a student centred learning environment with high expectations.
• Attentive to pastoral care needs and proactive in supporting student development.

About You:

• Qualified, NESA registered teacher with WWCC.
• At least 2 years’ experience teaching mathematics in Secondary School.
• Proven expertise in curriculum planning, assessment, and data driven teaching.
• Outstanding communication, mentorship, and team building skills.
• A strategic mindset to inspire innovation and continuous improvement.
• Confident in integrating digital tools into teaching and learning programs.
• Commitment to pastoral care, student engagement, and wellbeing.
