About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, hands-on
Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing operation in the UK.
Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skillsrole is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to an evolving, digitally-driven warehouse. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, manage a diverse team, and play a vital role in driving operational excellence in both B2B and B2C settings.
Key Responsibilities- Daily Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Inventory Control: Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and full inventory audits; manage inbound and outbound stock movements effectively.
- 6S Implementation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the warehouse.
- WMS System Oversight: Lead the operation and continuous improvement of Warehouse Management System (WMS); ensure timely data updates and system accuracy.
- Team Supervision: Plan and manage team rosters, delegate tasks, provide on-the-job training, and implement performance-based KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; regularly review and optimize warehouse workflows.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular operational reports including productivity metrics, incident logs, and cost analysis.
- Compliance: Adhere to and enforce health & safety regulations in line with UK laws and company policy.
RequirementsMust-Haves- Valid UK work authorisation (e.g. Indefinite Leave to Remain, Spouse Visa, etc.)
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience
- Proven ability to manage both B2B and B2C warehousing operations
- Proficiency in using mainstream WMS platforms and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Forklift License – Counterbalance or Flexi certificate preferred
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Haves- Background in cross-border eCommerce or international 3PL operations
- Familiarity with customs clearance or international shipping processes
