The Auckland-based Health & Safety Advisor role with Fletcher Construction Engineering is a site-focused position supporting the Eastern Busway Alliance infrastructure project in East Auckland. Job Description Key responsibilities include: Providing daily Health & Safety support across construction work areas Conducting site inspections, safety observations, and risk assessments Supporting incident investigations and corrective actions Working with supervisors, contractors, and project leaders to manage critical risks Coaching workers on safe work practices and company procedures Assisting with HSE reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Typical requirements include: Health & Safety qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree) Experience in construction, civil, or infrastructure HSE roles Knowledge of New Zealand Health and Safety at Work legislation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work directly with site teams and management Pay: From $8,300.00 per month Benefits:
