What we’re looking forA talented career driven individual with a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and a subconscious understanding of their professional role. Someone who leads from the front, setting high standards and managing the venue end to end.The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with:· Managing day to day operations in a fast-paced restaurant / bar· Recruitment of staff· Training of team members· Stock control and ordering· Labour controls and financials· Good practice with due diligence, health and safety and HR.A degree in hospitality, business or marketing would be beneficial, alongside FSS certificate and first aid training.
