Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Contributing to the architecture and implementation of scalable systems.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
Conduct code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a strong engineering culture.
Identify technical risks and bottlenecks, and propose solutions proactively.

What we are looking for
8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency in .NET.
Experience with Azure.
Experience with React and Nextjs.
Experience with scalable system architecture and microservices.
Solid understanding of version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing practices.
Ideally previous experience on fintech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in agile environments.
Background in mentoring or coaching engineers.
Be based in Portugal.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
