We work with high clinical and technical standards, delivering advanced restorative and implant-supported solutions through a fully digital workflow.We are now looking for an experienced CAD/CAM Dental Technician with expert Exocad skills to join our laboratory team and support complex restorative and implant work. The RoleYou will be responsible for the digital design of crowns, bridges, implant restorations and smile designs, working closely with dentists, implant surgeons and the wider technical team.This role suits a technician who is confident working independently on complex cases and who takes pride in precision, aesthetics and quality. Key Responsibilities
  • Designing crowns, bridges, implant restorations and dental prosthetics using Exocad
  • Supporting implant and smile design cases within a digital workflow
  • Interpreting prescriptions and technical instructions from dentists accurately
  • Ensuring the quality, accuracy and consistency of all designs
  • Collaborating closely with clinicians and other technicians
  • Maintaining laboratory cleanliness, safety and equipment standards
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of digital workflows

Working Hours Full-time:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Standard full-time laboratory hours
  • On-site role (in person)

What We’re Looking For Essential:
  • Proven experience as a CAD/CAM Dental Technician
  • Expert-level Exocad experience (mandatory)
  • Strong background in crown & bridge, implant restorations and smile design
  • Experience with zirconia design and staining (soft state)
  • Working-level English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgement
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be Fully qualified and able to work without supervision

Desirable:
  • Experience with ZirkonZahn or other CAD/CAM systems
  • Experience fitting milled wax restorations
  • GDC registration (preferred, not mandatory)

Salary
  • £35,000 – £50,000 per year, depending on experience and skill level
