About Us Join our expanding family-run workshop in Perth, WA! @ the Workshop collaborates with clients to craft high-end bespoke jewellery, offering services such as optical diamond setting, manufacturing, and general repairs. For the right individual, we are offering opportunities not only to craft beautiful jewellery at the bench but also to contribute to the strategic growth of our business. We’re proud to provide flexible work hours and opportunities to further develop your skills on the bench. We highly value applicants with expertise in:
Diamond setting – Whether on the bench or under a microscope
CAD design & printing – Experience with design & casting applications Mastery of these skills will be highly regarded. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture custom jewellery, including handmakes, CAD designs, and remodels
  • Maintain quality assurance and ensure high attention to detail
  • Design and create bespoke pieces
  • Quote and perform all types of general repairs
  • Manage time and workflow efficiently both on and off the bench

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Trade Qualification or equivalent industry experience
  • Diamond setting skills – Bench or microscope setting (not essential)
  • Proficiency with workshop equipment (e.g., laser welder, casting equipment)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management

We highly value a qualified jeweller with expertise in the above areas, but we encourage all experienced jewellers to apply. A passion for mentoring and training the next generation of jewellers will be highly regarded within our growing, dynamic team.
