Job Description:
- Assisting customers in person, by phone, or online.
- Identifying the correct parts using The Pinnacle Auto parts management system
- Providing quotations and processing sales.
- Ordering parts from suppliers when they are not in stock.
- Managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and restocking shelves.
- Handling returns, warranties, and exchanges.
- Building relationships with repair shops, mechanics, and repeat customers.
- Maintaining knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and parts compatibility.
- Keeping the parts department clean and organized.
Key skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Attention to detail to ensure the correct parts are supplied.
- Computer skills for inventory and parts lookup systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,500.00 per weekBenefits:
