About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall financial operations of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements (BAS, GST)
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data

About You

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA/CA qualification (or working towards) preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
• Mandarin speaking skills preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
