Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Course Consultant (课程顾问) who is fluent in Mandarin and English. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and their families in choosing the right courses, ensuring informed educational decisions. This role requires strong communication skills, prior experience in course consulting, and the ability to build trust with students and parents. International candidates requiring H-1B sponsorship will be considered. Duties

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess students’ educational needs and goals.
• Provide detailed course and program information, assisting with selection and enrollment.
• Communicate effectively with both students and parents to address their concerns.
• Maintain accurate student records and follow up on inquiries promptly.
• Work closely with academic teams to align student needs with available programs.
• Participate in promotional events and workshops to attract new students.
• Stay updated on industry trends to offer relevant advice.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Course Consultant (课程顾问经验必需).
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to connect with diverse students and effectively engage with parents.
• Experience with CRM software or similar tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
