Restaurant Supervisor Role – The OpportunityWe’re seeking experienced Supervisors with strong leadership skills, a love for food and wine, and a genuine passion for guest service.
This is a hands-on leadership role – you’ll be on the floor, leading by example and working alongside your team every shift. If you thrive in the action and love connecting with both guests and staff, you’ll fit right in!If you’re social and hospitable, love seeing people enjoy great food combinations, and are passionate about sharing wine and food recommendations, this is the gig for you.In this role, you’ll:
- Lead and motivate a diverse restaurant team
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations (no deli or catering management required)
- Deliver high guest satisfaction and memorable dining experiences
- Cross-train in European wine service and charcuterie

What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience (server, barista, bartender)
- 2+ years’ management or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Wine knowledge or sommelier training (advantage)
- Genuine love for food, wine, and customer service
- Local to Gold Coast and available for in-person interview
