- Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
- Provide upscale service with extensive knowledge of fine dining standards.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and beer, as well as the full food menu.
- Confidently sell and present wine selections to guests.
- Demonstrate strong sales and communication skills.
- Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take and deliver orders efficiently.
- Provide attentive service and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including bar tops and surrounding spaces.
- Assist with service bar operations.
- Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Micros POS system, telephone, copier, file folders, fax machine, and other standard office equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in full-service bar operations, including beer, wine, and liquor.
