Reporting to the WIP Shed Supervisor, you will lead and supervise a small team, ensuring high safety standards and managing work-in-progress materials between strip down and rebuild stages.
The WIP Shed at WesTrac plays a crucial role in managing the flow of work-in-progress materials between strip down and rebuild stages. Supporting the Caterpillar Rebuild Centre with reliable and innovative solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and safety. The WIP Shed team is committed to upholding WesTrac's core values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect, and Customer, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest standard.
Rosters on Offer: 5/2 - 5 days on, 2 days off 10 hours (30 minutes lunch break)
