Leverage Finance Associate - 2-7 PQE - New York

We are currently working on a rare opportunity to join a global law firm seeking a high calibre associate to join its market leading Leverage Finance practice in New York.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leverage finance transactions gained at a leading international law firm.
You should be qualified in Australia or New York with at least 2 years post qualification experience and demonstrable experience in complex leverage finance work at a top-tier firm.
This role would suit an ambitious associate looking to join a premier global finance platform and work on high quality, cross border transactions.
The team is also particularly interested in speaking with high calibre Australian qualified lawyers, who are viewed extremely well within the US market due to their strong technical training and adaptability. E-3 visa sponsorship is available, offering a uniquely seamless route to relocate and work in the US.
