  • Lead planning, delivery, and oversight of multiple data assurance engagements including data quality assessments, governance frameworks, and compliance testing
  • Manage and mentor a team of associates and senior associates, fostering their technical skills and professional growth
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their strategic data challenges and advising on best practices to improve data processes and controls
  • Oversee complex data analytics and testing to identify risks, data integrity issues, and control gaps, ensuring high quality and timely deliverables
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable reports and insights to senior client stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and contribute to PwC’s thought leadership in data assurance

What we’re looking for:
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields, with CA/CPA or relevant professional qualifications preferred
  • Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in data assurance, data analytics, external audit, or related fields, with demonstrable leadership responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage complex projects and deliverables
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and client management skills capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • A collaborative leadership style with a commitment to developing high-performing teams
