Their specialist division-focused on cold and food facilities-has grown rapidly from $80M to $300M+ in volume since its acquisition, and is now entering a new phase of expansion.
Your new role We are exclusively recruiting for a Project Manager to join this dynamic team in the U.S. You'll have the flexibility to be based in any of their active project locations and will lead commercial projects from preconstruction through close-out. You'll work in a collaborative environment where superintendents and PMs operate as equals, with no hand-offs between office and field.

What you'll need to succeed - Australian citizenship (required for visa eligibility)
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager
- Proven experience across a range of commercial projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- A passion for operational excellence and team collaboration
