The Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT). This role includes implementing and modifying treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring each resident achieves their rehabilitation goals in a compassionate and professional setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (RPT).
• Respond to service requests, relay information, and refer to the Registered Physical Therapist as needed.
• Implement and modify the patient’s physical therapy plan of care based on RPT’s supervision and patient progress.
• Measure, monitor, and record residents’ motor function, strength, and muscle performance.
• Observe patient responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans during sessions.
• Write and maintain accurate progress reports for each patient’s treatment.
