This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, hands-on, and interested in growing into a broader management position in retail operations.We are especially open to candidates who are looking for long-term growth opportunities in the U.S. and want to build real management experience in a fast-paced business environment. OPT sponsorship and future H-1B sponsorship are available for qualified candidates.Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations and help ensure the store runs smoothly
• Assist with staff coordination, task delegation, and daily follow-up on execution
• Help monitor merchandising, shelf condition, pricing accuracy, cleanliness, and overall store presentation
• Support inventory management, receiving, stock replenishment, and product organization
• Assist in handling customer service issues and resolving operational problems in a professional manner
• Work closely with management on improving workflow, store standards, and team accountability
• Help train employees and reinforce operating procedures and expectations
• Communicate with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking staff, customers, and vendors as needed
• Step in where needed across departments to support business needs

Qualifications

• English required, Chinese is a plus
• English communication skills required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Retail, supermarket, operations, hospitality, or management experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and solving problems on the floor
• Leadership potential and a positive, team-oriented attitude
