Job DutiesManage and oversee the full operations of a Dairy Queen/Subway restaurant, including:
- Personnel management (hiring, training, scheduling, and team leadership).
- Production and kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and compliance with brand standards.
- Financial oversight, including cost control, budgeting, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Customer service management to ensure high guest satisfaction and retention.
- Sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Daily restaurant operations management, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.
- Development and execution of business plans to meet company objectives.
Minimum Requirements- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management.
- At least 2 years of relevant restaurant management experience in positions such as Shift Lead, Manager, or similar supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, financial controls, and customer service standards.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
