Operating General Manager

Job DutiesManage and oversee the full operations of a Dairy Queen/Subway restaurant, including:

• Personnel management (hiring, training, scheduling, and team leadership).
• Production and kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and compliance with brand standards.
• Financial oversight, including cost control, budgeting, and daily sales reconciliation.
• Customer service management to ensure high guest satisfaction and retention.
• Sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and customer engagement.
• Daily restaurant operations management, ensuring efficiency and adherence to policies.
• Development and execution of business plans to meet company objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Hospitality Management.
• At least 2 years of relevant restaurant management experience in positions such as Shift Lead, Manager, or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, financial controls, and customer service standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
