Job Description: Warehouse Manager Assistant Responsibilities: Provide support to the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enhancing process efficiency. Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktaking activities, and accurately input relevant data. Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, aiming to optimize warehouse space utilization. Assist with procurement activities, communicate effectively with suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of stock. Prepare comprehensive inventory and logistics reports; analyze data to identify opportunities for improved operational efficiency. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies, contributing to a secure work environment. Support order processing, manage returns, and address customer service inquiries as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline. 1–2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics, with familiarity in inventory management systems. Proficiency in Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous. Fluency in Mandarin required. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail, effective problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
