Part-Time Motel Shift Supervisor/Receptionist – MotelLocation: Merivale, Christchurch
Job Type: Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week) and with potential for more hours in our wider business group.
Availability: Immediate Start PreferredOur Motel is a well-established and welcoming accommodation provider in the heart of Merivale, Christchurch. We are currently seeking a friendly, reliable, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time, Causal Shift Supervisor/Receptionist. Key Responsibilities:

• Front desk duties including guest check-ins and check-outs
• Responding to customer emails and phone inquiries
• Assisting guests with general information and ensuring excellent service
• housekeeping/cleaning of motel rooms as required
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the motel
• General reception and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with email and basic computer systems
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude
