Chief Accountant

Description The Accounting Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Accounting Manager supervises staff and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. • 3+ years of experience as a controller, chief accountant, assistant controller or SR Financial analyst

Manage the daily functions of the production site. Full-cycle accounting process experience Financial analysis and operational training and management - having managed people before

• Bilingual in French and English
• Must have experience working in an industrial setting
• Advanced excel and tech savvy

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00/yr. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Baie-D'Urfé,QC.
