We're looking for a sharp, driven backend developer (Golang) to help strengthen their core trading engine and optimize system performance at scale. If you're excited by high-throughput systems, close collaboration with technical founders, and building from the ground up, this one's for you!
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience, ideally in a startup or trading environment, with a track record of building real-time systems from scratch
- Proficient in Golang, or strong experience in Rust/ Python and C++ with the willingness to pick up Go
- Solid hands-on experience with distributed systems - including message queues, pub-sub, batch processing, and websockets
- Comfortable with modern cloud infrastructure tools like AWS, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Quick-thinking, adaptable, and creative, applying first-principles thinking to solve complex problems
- Deep interest and background in trading, finance, or crypto platforms
- Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for cross-regional collaboration
Location & Work Setup:
- Fully remote for candidates based in Singapore, with an option to relocate to San Francisco (H1B1 visa sponsorship available for SG candidates)
