Job Description:
About Us: AntGen is the leading Total Wireless, Simple Mobile & Verizon Prepaid Master Agent in the US, dedicated to expanding our network of stores and supporting our dealers with exceptional service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Field Service Representative to join our team in South Carolina and North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support Authorized Retailers and Total Wireless Stores to drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Ensure timely product placement, merchandising, and promotional updates at all assigned outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers, Store Owners, Managers, and Staff to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular store visits for training, performance review, and compliance checks.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including identification, onboarding, and support of new dealers.
  • Develop new sales channels to increase product penetration in the market.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and share insights to management for strategy alignment.
  • Work closely with the distribution team to ensure stock availability, timely deliveries, and ROI optimization at the outlets.
  • Conduct sales trainings and product knowledge sessions for dealer staff to improve customer experience and conversion.
  • Support in executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive brand visibility and sales.


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Field Sales / Retail sales / Wireless distribution.
  • Strong understanding of wireless prepaid / postpaid products, accessories, and promotions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple stores and regions effectively with regular travel.
  • Experience in business development and dealer network expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills to track sales performance and suggest improvements.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales reporting tools.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Must located in South Carolina and North Carolina areas.
  • Weekend availability is required.
