Field Service Representative to join our team in
South Carolina and North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support Authorized Retailers and Total Wireless Stores to drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ensure timely product placement, merchandising, and promotional updates at all assigned outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers, Store Owners, Managers, and Staff to maximize sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular store visits for training, performance review, and compliance checks.
- Drive business development initiatives, including identification, onboarding, and support of new dealers.
- Develop new sales channels to increase product penetration in the market.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and share insights to management for strategy alignment.
- Work closely with the distribution team to ensure stock availability, timely deliveries, and ROI optimization at the outlets.
- Conduct sales trainings and product knowledge sessions for dealer staff to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Support in executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to drive brand visibility and sales.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in Field Sales / Retail sales / Wireless distribution.
- Strong understanding of wireless prepaid / postpaid products, accessories, and promotions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple stores and regions effectively with regular travel.
- Experience in business development and dealer network expansion.
- Strong analytical skills to track sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales reporting tools.
- Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Must located in South Carolina and North Carolina areas.
- Weekend availability is required.
