Company Car + Laptop ProvidedIntelligent Health Care Australia is seeking experienced and passionate Physiotherapists to join our growing team across Central West and Mid North Coast Regions of NSW, Australia.As a Community Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services to a diverse client base, with a majority of clients aged 65+. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to support clients in regaining mobility, strength, and independence, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment. What you'll be doing:

• Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
• Delivering physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, tailored exercise programs, and specialised equipment use
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals (OTs, Dietician, Nurses, etc.) to ensure holistic, patient-centred care
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans for optimal client outcomes
• Educating clients and families on self-management and home exercise strategies
• Maintaining accurate patient records in compliance with industry standards
• Contributing to ongoing service improvement through best practice and research insights

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy
• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in rehabilitation, aged care, or outpatient/community settings
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Current Australian Driver’s License or International License (willing to convert)
