Occupational Therapists | Full-time & Part-time | $75K–$120K + Super + Bonuses (DOE)

Occupational Therapist – Balcatta + Metro Outreach (Hybrid)
Salary: $75K–$120K + super
Caseload: NDIS – AT, home mods, personal support, housing, O&M, mental health.
Requirements: OT qualification, registration, WWCC, NDIS check, driver’s licence.
Suitable For: New grads or experienced OTs wanting broad NDIS exposure.
Benefits: Supportive transdisciplinary team, strong PD, person-centred practice.
Occupational Therapist – Bibra Lake + Metro Outreach (Hybrid)
Salary: $100K–$110K + super + quarterly bonuses
Caseload: NDIS (adults and/or children) across home, school, clinic, and community.
Requirements: AHPRA registration, car & licence, NDIS check.
Suitable For: Early-career or experienced OTs wanting mixed settings + WFH admin days.
Benefits: $5K PD, 8 study days, wellness days, paid travel, laptop/phone, strong supervision.

Mental Health Occupational Therapist – Central Perth + Metro Outreach (Hybrid)
Salary: $80K–$100K + super
Caseload: Adults/adolescents – functional assessments, psychosocial support, recovery work.
Requirements: OT qualification, AHPRA registration, interest/experience in mental health, licence.
Suitable For: OTs seeking flexible mental-health-focused practice.
Benefits: Flexible hours, WFH options, supervision, admin support, team-based environment.
Occupational Therapist – Rockingham/Mandurah + SOR Outreach (Paediatrics)
Salary: $78.5K–$110K + super
Caseload: Paediatric + school-aged clients; some adults; predominantly NDIS.
