• Lead, motivate and train your team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including rostering, stock control and cash handling
• Drive sales performance and achieve operational KPIs
• Maintain Red Rooster’s high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety
• Manage budgets, cost of goods and labour targets
• Handle customer feedback and ensure a great dining experience
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health & safety standards

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2–3 years’ management experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and meet business goals
• Sound knowledge of food safety and WHS requirements
• Hospitality Management qualification (Cert IV or higher) desirable
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings
• A positive, hands-on attitude and genuine passion for great service
