Are you a high-performing Recruitment Manager or Lead Consultant in the UK looking to take your career to the US?An international Life Sciences specialist is specifically seeking UK-based Division Managers to relocate and lead their contract functions in New York and San Diego. This firm has a proven track record of sponsoring UK talent and is looking for the disciplined 360 mindset found in the British market.
Accepted Specialisms: They are highly flexible on your sector background, provided you have a high-level 360 track record in:

• Accounting & Finance
• Legal
• Technology / Tech

The Package:

• Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 Base + Manager Overrides.
• Full Visa Sponsorship: They handle the entire process (proven track record).
• Relocation Support: Flights provided + 3 to 4 months of initial housing to help you settle.

The Requirements:

• Currently based in the UK with a desire to relocate to the US.
• At least 2 years of 360 recruitment experience.
• Experience managing a team of at least 2 people (team billing approx. £350k+).
• A 70/30 split between personal billing and team management.
