Responsibilities: • Design and build resilient systems for real-time data movement, processing, and storage • Scale data infrastructure to support our rapidly growing business needs • Unlock actionable insights by enabling seamless access to high-quality, trustworthy data • Drive innovation in data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across the company • Establish best practices that balance performance, flexibility, and governance at scale
Qualifications:
Required: • Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Has 2+ years engineering experience (2+ years in data infrastructure) • Has strong programming skills, preferably in Python or Java • Has expertise with cloud data lakes such as Snowflake or Databricks • Has experience with streaming and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Spark) • Is experienced with workflow orchestration systems (e.g. Apache Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) • Has implemented CDC solutions (e.g. Debezium, Maxwell) • Has experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) • Prior experience in tech or SaaS companies
