About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team in a precision manufacturing environment producing specialist steel and metal components. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their career into a QA Manager role, with progression based on performance, capability, and leadership development. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, supporting ISO compliance, and ensuring products meet strict engineering and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities- Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standards- Assist with ISO accreditation processes, including documentation and audit coordination- Ensure ongoing compliance with customer and regulatory requirements- Coordinate incoming, in-process, and final product inspections- Manage calibration schedules for micrometers, calipers, and gauges- Maintain accurate calibration records- Support Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives- Assist with vendor assurance and supplier performance monitoring- Manage non-conforming products and support corrective actions- Maintain controlled documentation and quality reporting Career ProgressionAs capability grows, this role will transition into a QA Manager position, including leadership responsibilities, training, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
