The Queens Hotel, Lytham is looking for driven, enthusiastic & passionate Chefs de Partie to join our team! Rate of Pay

• Salaried & hourly rate contracts available to suit candidate needs based on a 46-hour FT working week.
• £12.21 per hour + TRONC (circa £5.5 - £6k per annum)
• Full time & Part time roles available.
• Pay is processed every 4 weeks (on a Friday).

Rota ScheduleShift patterns are flexible around venue opening times & demands. Ideal CandidateCandidates applying for a chef role with us are encouraged to demonstrate the following criteria:

• Drive & passion - having a can do, will do & want to attitude is at the heart of our business.
• Our teams are encouraged to challenge the norm & use their creativity & initiative to create a venue that our team love to work in & our guests love to be in.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced food business.
• Capable of delivering 1200+ covers per week.
• Comfortable allowing your personality to shine working within a brigade of 12 chefs.
• Achieving & maintaining a 5-star EHO rating.
• Passion for working in a team environment.
• Delivering high quality dishes following specifications.
• Supporting the Head Chef in delivering great guest experiences.
• Ability to travel to and from Lytham.
