E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant (Beauty Industry)

La Cosmetique is a leading Australian-Korean beauty retailer and distributor, bringing top global beauty brands to our stores and online platforms nationwide. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager and team across e-commerce, sales, and campaign activities. About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the marketing and sales team to grow our online presence, support B2B sales, and deliver engaging campaigns. It’s ideal for someone passionate about beauty, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update the Shopify website (product listings, promotions, discounts, UX/UI improvements).
• Create and schedule social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
• Support influencer and PR campaigns, including media outreach.
• Execute EDM (email) campaigns aligned with sales promotions.
• Utilize SEO/SEM to improve search rankings and manage paid ads.
• Monitor website analytics, track key KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team for promotions, events, and visual merchandising.
• Provide administrative and general support to the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (Shopify required).
• Background in sales or cosmetics retail; B2B beauty sales experience highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of social media, SEO/SEM, EDM, and paid ads.
• Advanced Excel skills (must) — comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to deliver error-free work.
• Korean language skills (speaking/writing) a plus.
• Must hold a valid Australian work visa with long-term work rights.
