We work with procurement managers, hotel chains, builders, and facility managers. We are now building an internal marketing engine focused on measurable growth — not vanity metrics. Role Overview We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who understands revenue, not just traffic. This role will take ownership of:
- Google Ads strategy & optimisation
- Lead generation for B2B (Hotels & Commercial)
- E-commerce growth for ShoppersSpot
- Conversion rate optimisation
- HubSpot marketing workflows
- Campaign analytics & reporting
You will report directly to the Director. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, Display, Retargeting)
- Improve cost per lead and return on ad spend
- Develop landing pages focused on commercial intent
- Build marketing dashboards in HubSpot
- Work with internal content team (blogs, case studies)
- Weekly performance reporting with clear KPIs
KPIs
- Cost per qualified lead
- Cost per acquisition
- ROAS (e-commerce)
- Lead-to-quote conversion rate
- Revenue generated from paid channels
Required Skills
- 2–5 years experience in performance marketing
- Strong understanding of GA4 and conversion tracking
- Experience with B2B lead generation
- Comfortable analysing numbers and making decisions
- HubSpot experience preferred
