What You’ll Do Deliver engaging, student-centred lessons aligned with the Ivanhoe Instructional Model:
Warm Up – New Learning – Dive In – Reflect Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners and promote agency Monitor progress through formative and summative assessment; provide meaningful feedback Foster strong, respectful relationships to support student wellbeing and learning Collaborate with curriculum leaders and colleagues to maintain high-quality teaching practice Participate actively in co-curricular programs and whole-school initiatives What You Bring Recognised teaching qualification:
Bachelor of Education (Secondary), or Bachelor's Degree Postgraduate Diploma in Education / Master of Teaching Experience in improving student outcomes through evidence-based strategies Familiarity with contemporary educational practices and child safety standards Confident use of educational technologies Inclusive, student-centred mindset and commitment to holistic development Collaborative, reflective approach to teaching and professional learning Alignment with Ivanhoe Grammar School’s vision and values Desirable Expertise in Mathematics and/or English Familiarity with AITSL Teaching Standards and instructional coaching models Why Ivanhoe?
