As a Full-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) at Thunderbolt Care Center, you will work with a dedicated team to provide therapy services to residents with temporary or long-term disabilities. You will help promote healing, restore function, and improve the overall quality of life for our residents. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer treatment to residents with disabilities to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing.
• Ensure all treatments are in accordance with the patient's established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support to patients, families, and caregivers, and offer education and instruction as needed.
• Monitor and track patient responses to treatment and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Complete all necessary documentation and forms per company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and nursing staff to optimize patient care and outcomes.
