Key Responsibilities Market Expansion & Partnerships
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities with schools, community organizations, and parent groups.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, including educational fairs, workshops, and community events, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Build and maintain a local network to expand awareness and lead flow.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop strong relationships with parents, educators, and institutional partners.
- Understand stakeholder needs and communicate program value clearly.
- Communicate professionally in both Chinese and English.
Sales Execution & Reporting- Own enrollment/business growth targets and track progress.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline, results, market insights, and action plans.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support local growth goals.
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (examples: partnerships, events, community outreach, lead generation).
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (Required). Strong English proficiency (is highly valued).
- Strong planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling pressure.
- Willingness to travel ~10–20% for short regional trips as needed.
- Familiarity with the local education landscape is a plus.
- This role is remote, but we give priority to candidates located in (or close to) Boston, PA, DC, Chicago, or New York.
What We Offer - Pay: $70,000- $120,000 in total per year (Base + Monthly Performance)
