Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in Release & Cutover Management.
- Proven expertise in managing cutover for large ERP/Cloud implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of release management frameworks, change management, and deployment processes.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and crisis management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation or Release Management certification.
- Experience with Agile/DevOps environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Prior experience in regulated industries (Finance, Pharma, Manufacturing).
