With excellent time management skills, you are able to prioritize and communicate clearly and efficiently with the team.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced chef to join our team for a full-time, salaried position. You will be rostered for weekdays as well as weekends. Attention to detail in food presentation and portioning is essential.KEY TASKSOperating a traditional tandoor oven, cooking item such as meats and breads.Preparing curries, sauces, and desserts as per standard and style set by head chef.Regulating temperatures of tandoor, ovens, grills burners/pans and other cooking equipment.Able to effectively prepare traditional regional Indian main course and improvise as per need.Key Selection Criteria:

• A passion for food presentation• Stock ordering and control• A methodical organized mind• Excellent team work and an upbeat personality• A willingness to clean and maintain high standards of hygiene• Min 2 + years' experience in Indian commercial food preparation• Chef qualifications required• Catering and events experience preferred
