Excavator Operator

We are looking for a reliable person to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. There may be more work available for the right candidate.We are looking for a reliable person with previous experience in managing Maintenance and doing general repairs around healthcare buildings to help us with maintaining our healthcare facility.We are looking for someone:

• With experience in maintenance work minimum 2 years of relevant experience and/or qualifications in relevance to maintenance work minimum of NZQA Level 3. You must have contactable phone numbers for a reference.
• Who is confident in their technical skills and able to be on-top of things in which maintains the facility.
• With good communication skills to understand instructions as there is a variety of tasks involved.
• RTW Class 4 License and other relevant certification is preferred.

Maintenance Man - Permanent, full-time role/part-time. Be committed to providing excellent service delivery as part of our friendly dedicated team. Be able to work shift work (mornings/afternoon) and weekends. They must be reliable and flexible with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). They must have good time management skills and be able to lead by example.
