Sitting within our Product & Operations team, you'll lead pricing strategy, optimise margins and ensure our offers are competitive, accurate and aligned to market conditions.This is a high-impact role where commercial thinking meets operational precision. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance and Leadership to ensure our pricing approach supports sustainable growth while delivering value to our customers.About YouYou're commercially minded, detail-oriented and confident working with numbers. You enjoy balancing strategy with execution and thrive in an environment where you can influence outcomes.Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates who do not hold Australian work rights.You bring:
  • Proven experience in pricing, commercial analysis or a similar analytical role
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in pricing or commercial analysis roles
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
  • Proficiency in Power Query/BI for advanced data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to build pricing models and provide clear recommendations
  • High attention to detail with strong governance and risk awareness
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across Sales, Finance and Operations
  • Clear communicator who can translate numbers into meaningful insights
  • Experience in energy, utilities or related commercial environment (desirable)
  • A Bachelors' degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data or Maths

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies that support revenue growth and margin optimisation
  • Build, maintain and refine pricing models and tools
  • Analyse market trends, competitor positioning and cost inputs
  • Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound customer offers
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure pricing aligns with financial targets
  • Monitor pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Ensure pricing governance, controls and documentation are maintained
  • Provide insights and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Work day-to-day with Partnerships to operationalise partner pricing
  • Lead pricing readiness for major reforms
