If you love storytelling, have a sharp eye for detail, and know how to engage audiences across digital and traditional channels, this role is for you.In this versatile position, you will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing our social media channels, and supporting internal and external communication strategies. You will work closely with our wider marketing team to elevate our brand presence and ensure our messaging is consistent, impactful, and aligned with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Copywrite, edit, and produce high-quality written and visual content for blogs, newsletters, website pages, and marketing collateral.Social Media & Community Management: Schedule daily posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.Internal Communications: Draft and distribute company-wide announcements, intranet updates, and staff newsletters to keep our teams connected and informed.Media & PR Support: Assist with drafting press releases, maintaining media contact lists, and tracking regional and national media coverage.Reporting & Analytics: Monitor digital channel performance using Google Analytics and social platform insights, presenting monthly reports to stakeholders. What We Are Looking For:Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline is highly desirable.Proven Experience: Experience in a digital marketing, copywriting, or communications role.Exceptional Writing Skills: A flawless command of the English language with the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and mediums.Technical Toolkit: Experience using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Pay: From $5,100.00 per monthBenefits:
