The Role We are seeking a highly capable Conversion Coordinator to lead and manage complex client data migrations from other PMS platforms into ours. This role is pivotal to our client onboarding process and critical to our growth strategy.
What You'll Do:

• Own and manage the end-to-end data conversion process for onboarding clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, support) and external stakeholders (clients, IT providers).
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Trello, Microsoft Planner) to track conversion milestones.
• Guide clients through the conversion journey, including UAT support, data verification, and troubleshooting.
• Manage communication and alignment for multiple stakeholders (e.g., group practices with individual providers).

What We're Looking For

• Proven project management experience, with a strong background in tech, healthcare, or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) management.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical teams.
• Hands-on experience managing complex workflows with multiple participants.
• Familiarity with clinical data handling or PMS systems is advantageous (technical development skills not required).
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues during high-stakes transitions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver outcomes efficiently.
• Full-time on-site availability at our Maroochydore office (no hybrid or remote work).

Sponsorship Visa sponsorship may be considered for the ideal candidate after a successful three-month probationary period. However, this position is open only to candidates currently residing in Australia on a valid visa with full-time work rights.
