What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer, with strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience working in start-up environments (at least one company).
• Strong commitment to code quality, testing, and best engineering practices.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent level of English (mandatory);
• Availability to work remotely in Portugal (must be residing in Portugal).
