Production Supervisor – Fibreglass Boatbuilding (Hand Lay-Up) | Bali | Contract or FIFO

Location: Bali, Indonesia Work Type: Contract / FIFO (2:1 roster optional) Industry: Marine / Composites / Boatbuilding About the Company We are a growing manufacturer of high-quality fibreglass yachts, delivering custom and production vessels for international clients. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor / Composites Technologist to join our team in Bali. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production of fibreglass boats using hand lay-up techniques
• Lead, train and manage a team of laminators and production staff
• Ensure build quality meets marine industry standards
• Troubleshoot production and process issues
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and output
• Maintain safe work practices on the factory floor

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in fibreglass boatbuilding / yacht construction
• Strong background in hand lay-up (essential)
• Experience in a supervisory or leading hand role
• Solid knowledge of composite materials and marine manufacturing processes​
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
• Intermediate English communication skills
