Biostatistician (Relocation to Armenia)

Role DescriptionOffice Location: Yerevan Head Office / Vanadzor Branch, ArmeniaWork format: Full-time, On-site *Relocation to Armenia is required for candidates applying from outside the country. STATECS is looking for an experienced Biostatistician to join our growing team in Armenia and contribute to statistical analysis and methodology in clinical research projects. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical methodologies for clinical trials and research studies
• Develop and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
• Perform statistical analyses of clinical trial data and interpret results
• Collaborate with statistical programmers and data management teams to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting
• Contribute to the preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions, and publications
• Ensure analyses follow regulatory guidelines and industry standards (FDA, EMA, ICH)
• Provide statistical expertise during study design, protocol development, and data interpretation
• Review statistical outputs, tables, listings, and figures generated for clinical studies

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Biostatistician in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
• Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology and statistical analysis techniques
• Experience working with clinical trial datasets
• Proficiency in statistical tools used in the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., SAS, R, or similar)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
