We value our staff and customers and work hard to provide a delightful experience to everyone.Bakers Delight Elwood are currently seeking enthusiastic Bakers and Bakers Assistants (either with qualifications or with previous experience working in a bakery). At Bakers Delight Elwood our Bakers are responsible for:

• Assisting in product preparation and baking
• Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
• Coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistant's
• Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
• Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
• Providing delightful customer service when required
• Dough making
• Oven work
• Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS Standards
• Customer service
• Ordering stock and stocktake

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Passion for baking
• Proven baking experience
• Ability to work a rotating roster
• Reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced/flexible environment
