Have passion for delivering exceptional cuisine including maintaining consistency and the highest quality of food served
Ability to keep the highest possible standard of hygiene and cleanliness is practiced and maintained within the kitchen
Very good communication and organisational skills
Organisational ability including time management, task prioritisation and resource scheduling
Ensure compliance with relevant Occupational Health and Safety procedures including knowledge of HACCP.
Flexible with working hours (including weekend and public holidays).
To be successful in this role you must have:
Certificate III & IV in Commercial Cooking.
At least 2 years experience as Chef or Cook.
Innovative and creative approach to cooking.
Thorough understanding of food safety requirements.
Experience with training junior chefs and trainees
