Role: Oracle Fusion Service Consultant / Developer Location: Boston, MA (5 Days onsite) Duration: Long Term Experience: 13+ years Visa: H1B, -EAD, L2-EAD, TN, GC-EAD, USC Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Service professional to design, implement, and support customer service solutions using Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle CX Service (Fusion Service), integrations, and business process optimization. Key Responsibilities: • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Service (CX Service / Service Cloud) modules • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Customize workflows, service requests, case management, and knowledge management • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems (ERP, CRM, third-party tools) • Work on REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Perform data migration, data validation, and system testing • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams • Prepare technical documentation and user training materials Required Skills: • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Service / Oracle CX Service • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP / HCM / CX) • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) • Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services • Understanding of service processes like case management, SLA, and customer support workflows • SQL, PL/SQL knowledge • Experience in data migration and reporting tools (BI / OTBI) Preferred Skills: • Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) • Knowledge of AI-driven service features, chatbots, and digital assistants • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Certification in Oracle Fusion CX or Service Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Service or Oracle CX implementations NOTE: Please share the resumes along with contact information & VALID LinkedIn URL.
