The Role You will be working as a Student Opportunities Coordinator as part of a dynamic team. This is a newly structured team focusing on Opportunities that include: global opportunities (study abroad, short-term opportunities); internships; graduate jobs; part-time jobs; volunteering; and work experience. This post will focus on Inbound Study Abroad which involves the recruitment, admissions, arrival and timetable creation for international exchange students who study with us for a semester or a year. In this post, you will work with our partner universities globally, international students and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience The successful candidate will have meticulous attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve, experience in providing quality administration support and a desire to deliver excellent customer service. You will need to be a team player as well as able to work independently. You will also be process oriented and have proven organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks.
